    Me and my boyfriend have been doing long distance for nine months now and today was our one year anniversary. Ive been flying down to Florida to see him almost every month but we couldn’t be together this month. He sent me flowers through you guys this morning and I want to thank you for being apart of this day for us!     The arrangement I received was nice and has lasted a long time. The only thing I would say is it could have included a better variety of flowers. The arrangement is mostly yellow lilies. Again, it is nice just an abundance of yellow lilies.

    This was my first time ordering online. I loved the idea for convenience, but I guess I figured the flower bouquet would look somewhat like the photo.     THANKS FOR BRIGHTENING MY COUSINS DAY!! My cousin had a terrible fall last month, we wanted to make her feel just a lil better from over 1000 miles away. I remembered Camille’s, & ordered 2 baskets. The plant/flower basket was beautiful and really brightened my cousins room at rehab! The ceramic planter was huge with very nice variety of plants & white flowers. It still looks great !!The fruit basket was also wonderful and we all know fresh fruits are always nice to have no matter how good the food is at the rehab center.     While the flowers were pretty, my husband showed me the picture of what he ordered, and the flowers I received didn't even compare. When he told me how much he spent, I was stunned. He paid over $100 for a few sprays of miniature roses in a glass vase. Definitely not worth what he spent, nor anything like the picture he ordered. Really disappointed. I'm sorry to submit a negative experience.

    I am sorry it took so long to address this! I was out of town. We hate that you were disappointed! Unfortunately what the internet photos show and what happens in reality with a natural item such as flowers can be two different things. These sweetheart roses did seem small even to us so we added extra to what the recipe . Sadly when we receive smaller product, growers don't adjust the price. We found some roses that I think you will love and we will be sending those to you today! They are called "heart" roses. Know that your husband and Camille's have you in our hearts! ;)

    A HUGE thank you to Camille's! A dozen red roses were delivered to me yesterday, and they're honestly some of the most beautiful I've seen. (I'm trying to insert a photo, but it's not working!) The staff at Camille's were so gracious. My recommendation...when ordering, call the beautiful ladies at the store! They're very friendly, and I think you'll get a beautiful arrangement just by letting them be creative and using what they have on hand, rather than trying to match a picture.     I sent my wife flowers for our anniversary and was very pleased with the entire process. The order was processed in a very timely fashion and my wife absolutely loved the way the flowers were done. The past few times that I have sent her flowers we have used other florists and there has always been an issue. This was our first time using Camille's and I will always call them first from this point on.

    The Bouquet was lovely, but I had requested to include a note along with the delivery. 7 words. Not lengthy, but they were important, and meaningful. They opted to not include 3 of the words (none of which were offensive or in any way deemed profanity), which left the gift wanting. It was very disappointing to hear that my order was not processed correctly and they took their own liberty to alter MY special note.

    Ryan!! We are so sorry this error occurred! I pulled the order and I understand what happened...when you wrote "Happy Annivalentine's Day!" we read it as just "Happy Valentine's Day" and used the preprinted Valentine's card that said HVD and finished the card with the rest of your message. We never intended to censor your card! :) I just sent a little vase of bright sunshine yellow tulips to her with a note explaining our error! Thank you for making aware of this problem and we ceratinly will make sure it doesn't happen to anyone else in the future!

    Camille's did a fantastic job on the flowers for a funeral of a family friend. As a matter of fact, they went above and beyond when I gave them the wrong delivery date. They called me right away and let me know so I didn't show up on the wrong date! Awesome service and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase any flower arrangement.

    The staff at Camille's has been amazing! I found out last minute about funeral arrangements and they not only delivered my order quickly but the arrangement greatly surpassed my expectations! The staff was friendly and very helpful. I refer people to them as my florist of choice frequently.

    We are so sorry! We regret that they were delivered a day early! Sometimes at the holidays, it can be challenging with hundreds of orders/deliveries! As it turned out,weather wise, it was probably a good thing! :) All highways in and out of Bristol were shut down with accidents on the 14th! Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make up for this error!

    Camille's staff are helpful & friendly and the flowers are always unique and beautiful. My experience with them has always been positive and I've never heard of anyone having a problem with them or their floral designs. I have personally used them and have seen many of their flowers delivered to my employer and always see the difference in their flowers - they stand out above the rest! You won't be disappointed.
