    Flowers were very pretty but definitely not $100 worth. 2 roses. Carnations and mums made up the remainder if the arrangement and they aren't expensive flowers.

    We are sorry you were not totally satisfied. We did use the flowers that the arrangement called for and added other flowers to that. Between taxes and the $22. delivery charge it eats up the flowers part pretty fast. Bottom line is we want you happy and your continued business so please let me know what we can do to accomplish that. Thank you for letting me know of your concern.

    Received a stunning large vase filled with beautiful fresh-cut flowers as a surprise retirement gift from my children. I wish you could see how now JUST OVER ONE WEEK LATER they are still lovely! Only today on day 9 are they beginning to droop a bit. I only refreshed water twice! Simply the freshest, most beautiful flowers I’ve ever had! Highly recommend this florist!

    I don’t live in town and ordered an arrangement to be delivered for my mom for Mother’s Day. What was delivered was pretty, but looked nothing like what I ordered. I understand a lot of times some flowers aren’t available, but I’m pretty disappointed because I picked a “celebrate mom arrangement” which had a combo of red, pink, and purple flowers. What she got was a lot of yellow and orange and some purple.

    It was first-class costumer service! Unfortunately, that type of service is hard to find nowadays. You stopped what you were doing and came from the back to help me out. You called the distributor to see if they had any in stock. Then you gave me 5-10 minutes of your time instead of rushing to the back after you set me up. You then offer a discounted price for the singing balloon and ending up giving it to us for free. Please know that as I pulled away, i was very impressed with the costumer service provided and will continue to promote you as a business. It was great!!!

    Hi Bill & Ladies of LaBloom, I just wanted to let you know the arrangement you sent to Alex's funeral was magnificent! I couldn't have asked for more. In fact, you would probably like to know that it was everyone's favorite and it was the ONLY arrangement taken to the church afterward to be on display to be on display Sunday for the congregation to view at the "remembrance" table.
