    The customer service here is top notch! I ordered flowers for my parents after a death in our family. The people at Magnolia Flower Basket texted me when they didn’t have a specific flower in my arrangement and did better than what I had expected. Prices are extremely reasonable, too!

    Flowers were substituted for the lilies. There were carnations instead. I would have preferred the arrangement look more like the picture. It was a nice arrangement and it made my mother happy. That was the purpose of sending them.

    I'm sorry I'm just now seeing this, was you contacted b4 delivery was made that there would be substitute to the Flowers b4 we did them? If not I apologize we always try To contact buyer if we don't have or can't get those flowers in that short of time frame. Flower shop network is a nation wide website so we don't always have or can get the Flowers they have from the pictures they put on their website.. They do our website for us.. I apologize for the inconvenience..
