    flowers you sent were great. you bombed on one of the balloons tho. there is no choice on your website to select what type of balloon. the card said happy birthday. you sent happy retirement instead of happy birthday. You did however send out a birthday balloon and chocolate after I called to report it and I appreciate it! I recommend you fix your website to be able to select balloon type to avoid this again. thank you and will still be using you in the future.

    Excellent! I received a lot of flowers due to a death in the family. This arrangement was one of the prettiest and most unique. They tried to deliver to my home and since I work were unsuccessful so I called the number left on my door and they were delivered to my work the next morning.

    After ordering the arrangement that morning, they called in the afternoon stating they didn't have yellow roses, only orange ones with red tips, I said that would have to do. My spouse only likes yellow, so I went to my local grocery store to buy plain yellow roses. When the arrangement from Mark Knox arrived it had yellow roses, which was a nice surprise.
