    I am so delighted with the service. A lady called me back in no time, I was not expecting a call back. She was very nice and helpful , I'm sorry I can't remember her name, but she made sure to share with me information regarding my order, and they even delivered that same day, which I was surprised since they don't warranty same day delivery if you place the order after a certain time.     Great service very fast with delivery! Sent a gift basket for Valentine's Day and the balloon was awesome! My only complaint is I asked to put chocolate bars with no nuts as the recipient doesn't like them, and almost all of the chocolate had nuts. If not for that I'd be raving about them.
