    I specifically ordered fresh cut flowers in a clear glass vase and got flowers in a plastic white centerpiece holder and flowers were cut down to size. I was disappointed in quantity of flowers in a medium size. Overall they usually do excellent work. this time not so much.

    I found Oopsa Daisy Florist from an online search. I ordered a standard Florist designer choice arrangement for my friend's birthday, and it was beautiful. I was worried because my friend is a traveling health care worker, and I was afraid the flowers would not find her at work. When I called the store on the morning of the delivery, they listened to my concerns about the delivery. They reassured me they would make sure the hospital knew the department and that she is a temporary employee. Glad I took a chance and ordered from Oopsa Daisy Florist.

    The flowers for the arrangement I ordered apparently weren't available. Different flowers were used, but I asked to let me know what flowers were used and I didn't get an e-mail back. I wasn't at the funeral so I'm not sure what was substituted. Hopefully the arrangement was suitable.
