    Village Floral gave me exceptional service! When I made a mistake and sent flowers to my mom when she was out of town they brought them back to the shop to keep cool and beautiful for her to pick up on her return several days later. The bouquet was beautiful, exactly what was advertised online, and was still beautiful and vibrant 10 days after she picked them up. I will definitely use their services again!

    I ordered a spring bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my mother and although I was disappointed that not all of the flowers were in stock for the particular set, I trusted the workers to add their own personal touch to make up for it. I absolutely loved it and so did my Mom! The flowers were so bright and vibrant. She is still enjoying them even two weeks later! I will definitely be ordering again in the near future!

    I liked the selection and the site was easy enough to navigate but I wish you had more offerings in plants vs. flowers in the sympathy section. Also, offering non-floral gifts would be nice, such as, throws, baskets, wind chimes, candles etc.

    I ordered a peace Lily on that day and the next day I found out you did not have them so I had to go with the flower arrangement which was OK but it wasn’t what I ordered.

We offered you options in place of the peace lily and sent you a picture of what you had picked out so you could let us know if it was satisfactory. We try hard to keep a good inventory of plants and flowers in our shop but at times we do run out of some items. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
