    I had a great experience ordering flowers for my partner's bday. I ordered off the website. Shortly after placing the order I received a phone call that the exact flowers were not available, and I was presented with other options that turned out to be better than what I had ordered! Overall, really satisfied with the selection and the customer service. I would definitely use Art of Flowers again.

    Simply amazing they did not have the exact flowers as the picture showed. However they contacted me to let me know and went above my expectations. I stated my friend likes yellow and they put together a lovely arrangement done in yellow flowers. Instead of just putting “ something to replace what they didn’t have” . Great floral shop

    I generally have had good luck ordering from The art of Flower- I was disappointed this time. Don't feel the value to the price was adequate. Also the flowers did not stay alive very long

Your order is from over 2 weeks ago. Flowers generally last 5-7 days, if well looked after, they of course last longer, it depends on the flowers as well, I know your arrangement had open lilies in it, so when lilies are open they don't last as long .I have left you a voice message, please call us at 780-875-8445 so we can resolve your order. In response to your suggestion, your order had the exact message of Happy Mother's Day!!! only as the message from the sender, they did not have their name on the message. We only ever put whatever message the sender gives us, so if they chose to not put their name on the card, we do not put it on the card. We always ask whenever we do up orders and some people for some reason chose to not put their name on the cards, have a great day!

    I initially wasn’t happy with the flowers I received, they were beautiful but quickly died. When I voiced my Unhappiness the shop reacted so quickly and replaced my bouquet with a beautiful arrangement which I am still smiling about today, every time I walk in the room where they are. The business was so professional and apologetic. I couldn’t have been happier with their response. The flowers are beautiful the arrangement is spectacular and the service is exemplary.

    Best place in town!! I went in a few times for a arrangement and gift and the ladies are so welcoming and so sweet to my daughter she was always leaving with a rose that was given to me.     Thanks for the beautiful flowers... most of the flowers were fresh and the roses opened up beautifully. The only concern was that the small purple daisy like flowers were dying after the first day. Other than that one flower selection the arrangement was beautiful and even last night was still holding up well. Thanks

    Loved the service I received! I tried ordering the bouquet from them for my mothers bday but due to a winter storm their shipment didn't arrive on time. One of the ladies contacted me and actually texted me pictures of their other bouquets that they had made up in that price range since I needed delivery that day.
