    I was very pleased with the delivery being ensured. I was very disappointed to learn that the flowers pictured that I had purchased weren't the ones delivered. An arrangement with one type of yellow flower was made and delivered. If my selected option wasn't available, I would have rather been notified instead of finding out after they were delivered.

    I'm so sorry you didn't realize the flowers were silk ones. In the description it has that they are artificial flowers. And on the name of the flowers it has that they are silk.
