With designers choice orders if there are not additional requests the designer will choose something beautiful.     I was very disappointed with the product and services recieved. I was charged $130 for my order and it was a complete rip off. Ballon was wrong, name on the card was wrong. I will not recommend your service to any family or friends in 100 Mile and surrounding areas, infact I've told friends about this and they warned me about this place too.

    I am sorry for your disappointment. We do our best to do an arrangment the same as the photo but sometimes we dont have the same product in the cooler or container. We do our best to give the same feel for an order as the photo when we substitue. Usually the customer is phoned concerning changes and direction. If you were not called or emailed my apologies!

    The arrangement I ordered was very nice. However I was automatically charged a delivery charge on your website even though my parents had to come in from a rural site to pick up the arrangement. I was not given an option or reimbursed the delivery charge which I do not agree with. You are charging for a service that you are not providing.
