    Unfortunately I was really disappointed today. I ordered an all rose condolences bouquet- I was told there would be 7 or eight roses for the price I was paying.. and when I saw a picture of the bouquet it was 4 roses and a bunch of other flowers. My wish was for roses- simple. I was not heard in this business transaction.

    The arrangement was spectacular. Flowers fresh. Unfortunate that some branches were closed down, but my MothersDay bouquet didn't arrive until 9:00 p.m. on that day. I WAS THRILLED! my Family in Ontario had ordered it on the previous Wed. so we're very perplexed when they didn't they were so late in arriving. Personally, I know you did you absolute best. Just hope you can open a shop on The Westshore!!

    Sorry about the basket being a differnent style. Hardware and materials are not easily come by ever since the boarders have tightened up on import and exports. We have a substitution policy in place for this sort of thing and I am sorry for that change. We hope you will still continue to use us for any future orders and we will do our best to create them as similar to the photo as possible.

I ordered the Arctic cheer to make sure an elegant white flower arrangement would be delivered and it came with peach flowers and a burlap wrap.     I got stuck trying to find a place during the covid pandemic that would deliver flowers to my mom who had just lost her mom due to complications from a fall, and Petals N Buds were the only place I could find and put together a very pretty arrangement that they delivered a bit early for Mother's Day - hugely appreciated.

    It was really important to us that your messages got out. Even now we feel concern as business restrictions are lifting, but without any real change in prevention. We know we send flowers to many vulnerable people, so we are following our covid19 specific procedures until there is a vaccination. That means that although our Canadian Government says, go ahead and operate as normal we are still doing sales in the store by appointment only, following all cleaning procedures and maintaining distance at the doorways of those receiving flowers.

The flowers themselves were lovely, but I was disappointed that the date wasn't correct and when I emailed directly to you a couple of days later, I never did receive a response.     The arrangement was a gift for my mothers birthday. I specifically chose the delivery date of February 23rd but it was mistakenly delivered the same day that I placed the order. Despite that mix up, my mother was very happy with the arrangement.
