    I ordered flowers for a funeral. It was initially frustrating to not be able to access your website from Rwanda (access was blocked) but with some hassle, I was able to use a VPN based in the US to place the order. I initially made a time zone error but CH responded promptly to my request to change from next-day to same-day delivery. The recipient (spouse of the deceased) said the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. So I'm entirely satisfied with the service but recommend you get a server that doesn't block international orders. I "shop" often in the US fromRwanda. This feedback needs a VPN, too

I was able to leave a message. A customer service agent called me right back. She explained the error I made, she corrected it and the basket was delivered the next morning.     I waited to long to order my mother in law a plant and I was so worried it wasn't going to get there before or on mother's day. The website said is would be delivered on Mon., but I was so happy when she sent me a picture of her plant on Sat.! Thank you for delivering it before mother's day! Carriage House explained that while I was not going to get "exactly" what I ordered due to Covid-19 fallout, I will get a design in the spirit of what I ordered.
