    I can not believe how amazing the owner of this store is! She went above and beyond to help me get a corsage and boutonniere for my son at the last minute. I thought I had another week but the dance was that day! She made sure that he had exactly what he wanted for his special date with only an hour to prepare these items. I talked with Sadie as found her to be a very nice and helpful person. She knew who I was send the flowers to also. She made me feel comfortable and was so caring.     I sent a flower arrangement to my best friend at the hospital for her new baby, it was missing the main piece I ordered it for due to stock. The flowers were gorgeous. The basket was replaced with a vase because they were out of stock, and the arrangement itself was bigger to make up for the substitution in container. They had sent a cute bear to make up for the missing bunny. The owner was wonderful, very sweet and accommodating. One of the most pleasurable customer service talks I have ever had, it was a pleasure to speak with her.

    River Walk Florist is the best! I initially planned to order flowers but decided to get a fruit basket for my grandfather, who just happens to be 102 years old. It was last minute and Christmas Eve. Sadie and the staff were friendly, and professional. They even delivered the same day. The basket was made with fresh fruit purchased that day, and my family loved it! Sadie, even called to make sure it was delivered. Thanks to your awesome team!

    I do not live in Pueblo and chose this florist to provide an arrangement to a team of heroes who have been caring for my mom at the Riverwalk Rehab Center.     Wow if there was a 6 Star review I would give them 7. I ordered flowers for my mom on line. They (online) never sent the order out and they missed the delivery date. I called Riverwalk to cancel and got the owner when I called. She not only apologized for the online mix up she made it right. She delivered an amazing bouquet with balloons and chocolate. She is also sending a complimentary Thanksgiving and Christmas arrangement. She made it right. 5 STARS. Thank you River Walk Florist. Now the is good business, Amazing.

    River Walk Florist is the best!!!! They were so helpful over the phone, I was able to order my grandma a beautiful get well bouquet around noon and they delivered it later that afternoon to her in the hospital. The owner Sadie was so easy to work with and got me the most wonderful flowers! This is why I always call the store in person and never go online.     Today, 10/21/2020, is my sister Suzan's birthday. I live out of town and attempted to contact florists at 3pm in Pueblo for a flower delivery. Of the several florists that I contacted River Walk Florist was the only one that took my call and immediately guaranteed that Suzan would get her birthday flowers today. Sadie and her family have been in business in Pueblo for only one year. The next time you need flowers, we highly recommend that you call Sadie at River Walk Florist first. They are the best.
