    I ordered an arrangement for Valentine's Day, something besides the standard dozen roses, and she was floored when she seen it. She really loved it! They did an Amazing job with the arrangement and would highly recommend using them. I've been in the store in person and friendly staff. The online order was placed and she received them in a shirt time. Will definitely be using them again!

    The arrangement was reported as beautiful, but I requested delivery on Friday, and the delivery was made on Saturday.

    Thanks for the feedback! Our records show this was delivered on Friday, Jan 28 around noon. Our driver gave it to a gentleman at the church. So it was at the church for the viewing on Friday. Not sure when or how the items are given to the family members after the service from that point. But it was delivered on Friday as requested.     Sorry to be so late replying, but my wife also passed away and I've been busy tying up details. The reason I said the arrangement was delivered on Saturday is that the notification of delivery from 1 800 Flowers said it was delivered on Saturday. I live in Richmond, IN and was not in Holland at the time, so I had no first hand knowledge of what was happening.

    Not very happy with my service... I live in Washington state so I ordered flowers and popcorn for my moms birthday on the 14th Knowing me and my husband would be busy with a military move to California during her birthday and specifically put I wanted it delivered for her birthday which was on the 22nd and she ended up getting them delivered on the 15th....
