We are sorry that your expectations were not met. Our procedure on deliveries more than 20 minutes away is to call the receiver to ensure that they will be there to pick it up when we get there, especially on snowy roads. The recipient asked us who sent the flowers because she was afraid it was a previous stalker going back to his old ways. We would not withhold the name in such a situation, we take that seriously and prioritize that over a surprise. If we made a mistake, it was that we did not warn you that we would divulge who it came from in a situation like this. Thanks for the order!
