    Love this flower shop!! I recently ordered flowers for my sister’s birthday, and she and I were delighted with the gorgeous and elegant arrangemen that was delivered! I was fortunate to get the lovely Beth Taylor to assist me… she went above and beyond… walking me through the big fridge, picking out flowers, and custom designing the arrangement along with me on the phone! I was calling from Massachusetts, but felt like I was right there in the shop with her! I will ALWAYS use this shop! Thank you, Beth!

    We are sorry you were disappointed with your arrangment. We do monitor carefully to insure that each arrangment has the full value of flowers. Unfortunately just like a gallon of gas or a bag of groceries the dollar just does not get any of us what it did a couple of years ago. The cost of flowers, transportation, rent and labor all suffer from the same inflation our household budgets do. We hate that we dissapointed you, so please stop by our shop in the Riverwalk shoping center for some complimentary flowers. Thank you for your honest review. Amy, Phil and the staff at Sherri's

I noticed a few petals on the table and, when I went to change the water, more petals began to fall off - it's been 4 days!     While the arrangement lovely, it was all white with just a few purple sprigs. My husband said he wanted some “reds” in it to make it more holiday-like, but was told they couldn’t do that. So, they added a gold bow on a stick. I guess that was to make it more festive. This is why I have to give this only three stars. (I wish I could include a photo.)

    Most of the flowers are already dead. It seems like they should have been fresher when delivered as some of roses already had brown edges. I know it was a busy time for you, but you asked for feedback and I felt I needed to be honest. Very disappointed in this gift.

    I did not receive confirmation on my personal e-mail account as I had used PayPal and all confirmation was sent to my work e-mail account which I could not access and did not access until a week later. I was concerned since I placed the order via a third party company which did not respond to my e-mails seeking confirmation of order and delivery.     My order did not get to them until after they had closed for weekend. First thing Monday AM they called to apologize and explain why my order had not been delivered. They also apologized that they did not have the plant I ordered & could not get it before Thursday but if I would like to change to a dish garden I could do that. I was more than happy to change and the dish garden they sent was absolutely amazing. I would not order from anyone else I have been a customer for over 15 years and have NEVER had a bad experience.
