But the absolute best thing about this florist is the EXCEPTIONAL customer service and true compassion they have for others.     The basket was beautiful and the service is great. The best thing is being able to order online. I do know my mom was a little upset because after the weekend my mom got the flowers they died, she had called the office and the problem was fixed right away. I appreciated that Kim called and spoke with me about why she thinks it happened was due to the 'soil' (not sure the exact name of the filling).
