    I've ordered 2 times from Shirley's and both times had great bouquets. The first was a pre arranged one you can order online. It was just like the picture. The next was during covid-19 and was a designer's pick under a certain amount (for to limited supplies during covid). This one was beautiful and they incorporate notes you include about types of colors/flowers you'd like. They delivered both times, again during covid-19. The delivery was contactless. Great staff, great service. I will definitely use Shirley's for orders in St. Augustine in the future.

    I called before placing the order, to make sure that they could be delivered to our room in the morning. I was assured that this was possible. Didn't get the flowers until 3 o'clock, And they were delivered to the front desk. We were on vacation for my wife's birthday. By waiting so long, and having to walk to the front desk, the surprise was ruined. However the flowers were beautifully arranged!! The staff while not knowledgeable, were very friendly!

    I am sorry you were not happy with your time of del. but I do not see a requested time on the order. When we got to the hotel you were not in your room so that left no choice but to take it to the office.     Beautiful florist designed arrangement that lasted for over a week. It was less expensive than an arrangement I sent to another family member in another city but it was twice as beautiful. Very good job!

    I have used this shop for years and have always been happy. This last time was very different. I paid $150 for a deluxe Christmas bouquet for my parents, and their cat was literally bigger than the bouquet. I questioned it several times, I sent emails, I called the shop, and I was ignored. Shirley herself asked me to text her a picture of the bouquet, and it took her several days to respond. Unacceptable.

    I am so disappointed in my delivered arrangement. I have ordered multiple times and have been very happy until today. When I called I was told it was in fact the price point I asked for and based on the flowers in the vase I am certain I could have purchased the same thing from the grocery store for a lot less!

    Average.. Ordered and paid online, emailed a few days prior to delivery to ask about a delivery time, they didn't have my order. Then the flowers were delivered with the wrong name on the card, emailed again to let them know I was disappointed and never got a response... I will say the flowers were beautiful, however expensive if the service is not provided.

    I would have given 5 stars but one Very important issue. They were beautiful but loaded with g GOLDEN ROD which I and MANY other people are ALLERGIC to. Florists in Georgia no longer use goldenrod for that reason. Please stop using.

    Usually very very satisfied but this birthday arrangement was nit the best. Flowers were kind of wilted already, no notice that they were delivered, were outside my door. Arrangement was not in vase or plastic container, instead was in the green oasis in a basket. I knew that I had to water the flowers immediately but it was difficult - many greens.

    I ordered flowers to be delivered for my mother's birthday. The bouquet was delivered quickly on the date of delivery - first thing in the morning. However, I ordered a Deluxe ($75) "Custom Arrangement" and included the instructions of yellow flowers. When I saw the flowers that were delivered, I was very disappointed. While the bouquet was pretty, there were NO yellow flowers and the arrangement was not the size of a Deluxe arrangement worth $75.

    Every year we winter in St Augustine & on my birthday my son (student) sends me flowers. This year his arrangement from "Flowers by Shirley" was beautifully arranged, colors beautiful, arrived on time however one variety of flowers were beginning to wilt & were limp with petals falling after just one day. The lilies & other blooms remained beautiful & fresh for the expected duration. This was very disappointing. I think a better choice would be to include flowers with approximately the same longevity.

You buy flowers to make someone smile and to make wonderful memories. I didn't get that. I understand temp hires make mistakes, but when the owner cannot take responsibility for their hired help who she is trusting them to be complacent enough to take credit card numbers over the phone and orders into the system...

    As the manager, you hold responsibility over your employee's actions... at any company. Lesson learned: Don't buy flowers from Shirley or ask to speak directly to her to make an order so if it's got a mistake, she'll feel responsible for it to at least take credit for it. Stay away. Good luck to those who still venture on with their business...If you want a little above average flower arrangements with a random name on it, this is the place to go. Shirley takes no responsibility for her colleagues (temp or not); there is no customer value; she just wants your money. :)

    Not very happy. The pumpkin container that held the arrangement was chipped in two places and some of the flowers died within a day of delivery.
