    What a great expirence! Couldn’t ask for better customer service from a company. After requesting special delivery accommodations for someone who had just beat cancer, Longboat Key went well out of their way to deliver a great product even after a couple of failed attempts and a broken vase (not Longboat Key’s fault).     Hello, just responding to tell you I’m sorry if evening is too late for you as we deliver until 9pm with numerous orders sent to us for LBK & also Siesta We love both islands We have to charge extra of a specific time is added to an order because then it would be considered an order for one individual to take to the recipient at that given time We save all morning delivery to our local funeral homes Then start routes as the orders arrive for yesterdays requests for each day Adding late call ins for the route designated per recipient We Love kind and grateful people

    Christy is such a lovely human!! I wish I could have talked with her for hours! Oh yeah, and she also had the most gorgeous flowers I've seen or smelled! Granted I used what is basically an electric neti pot the day before and think I can smell right for the first time ever...but still I know I would have love the flowers even if I couldn't smell them so well!! I basically got to pick any flower I wanted to add to my arrangement. I don't know much about flowers really but I couldn't have had more fun playing florist!! I could totally see myself doing that some day as a career now thanks to her

    Christy did the casket and casket spray for my grandmas funeral in September. The casket was absolutely beautiful. Then she topped it with most beautiful casket spray I have ever seen. I asked for big and beautiful and boy did she deliver. It was out of this world beautiful. Her casket prices was beyond reasonable and much cheaper than the funeral home. I will always her services. She has made and delivered multiple flowers for me through out the years and she never disappoints.

She was a joy to deliver flowers to for many years, and always had that Sweet Beautiful Smile. Having my own Country Private Funeral Home for several years was so rewarding and so very heartfelt even though I was only the owner-florist (My director was the best of the best and always allowed me to lead the viewing and the funeral) I have found thru many deaths in My Own family, this is a very serious emotional time and money should NOT be the only factor.
