    My husband and I wanted to order an arrangement for his mother. I explained the situation and she was so sweet and took her time and listened. I left it up to her with very little instruction on what we thought she would like. They were absolutely beautiful!! I will be using them again! Thank you so much for all the help. Being so far away makes it hard and online florist the last several times we have had a hard time with the arrangements they were wilted and didn’t last long. So now we have a go to florist

    Outstanding customer service! I made an address error. They called to get the correct address and delivered about 10 minutes later.     I ordered flowers on the 29th for delivery on the 7th. There was a small mix up and the flowers got delivered a week early. I called, spoke to Andrew and he said it was his fault and promised me he would send another arrangement on the actual date of the birthday. I was very happy when my mother called and said she received another arrangement. It's not very often there is follow through. I will definitely be using Enchanted again and recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful flowers and arrangements. The website was easy to use and prices affordable.
