    I ordered flowers for a funeral, the color of the flowers were not available this time of year. Someone from the shop called right away to let me know that they weren't available and I was told that could do them in another color. The flowers were beautiful , even prettier than the ones I had originally picked out. I was very pleased with the service and the flowers!

The flowers were not available for the actual bouquet I ordered so they called me immediately to let me know they could substitute flowers that were comparable.
